Genre – a category of what you’re writing about.

There was a lot of genres we had written here in this class. My first ever genre was my literacy narrative. It was my very first essay I’ve written and I would say it wasn’t my best at all since I started the class knowing nothing. My second was Narrative/Expository genre, and then it was the blended genres, next was Annotated Bibliography genre, last and final genre was the Argumentative essay.
